BK5030 CNC inserting machine is a new product designed and developed by our company. This machine tool has the functions of cutting plane, forming surface and keyway. It is a cutting machine tool that realizes cutting through digital control. This machine tool uses famous CNC systems at home and abroad to realize full-screen editing of Chinese character prompts. The main drive adopts a crank rocker mechanism, and the servo motor realizes high torque transmission through deceleration. The X and Y feeds realize the stepless speed regulation function for the servo control. The X ball screw is directly connected to the motor, and the Y ball screw is The motor is transmitted through the timing belt.
According to user needs, it can be equipped with CNC indexing head or CNC rotary table. The machine tool is powerful and can process keyways with different angles.
